I never realized how bad I ate until I started watching and counting calories.
I actually like chicken and tuna and fruits and veggies, so that part is not hard at all. The hard part is in the morning when I want a choco donut or at ~3 when I want a candy bar or a sugary snack. Cutting out sodas has not been an issue at all, I dont even miss them.
