So I cant make it to the gym and I dont have the stuff at home anymore to get a real work out, what can I do?

all I have is a set of dumbells, I want to focus on widening my chest and spreading out those lats, what excersizes can I do with my limited resources?

Better'n nothing I suppose.... I think you just need to get your ass into the gym. If you can make yourself do what it takes to see gains with only a set of 40lb dumbells, think what you could do with a full rack and the hammer strength stuff as well.

yes, Im about 6 feet tall and I wiegh 175...
It seems no matter what I do w/ the 40 pounders I have to pull around 30 reps to even get a burn... so really they arent doing much but helping my endurance...

I will try to make it to the gym when im finally able to.
