Yes, but the sensor itself is a termistor and outputs a resistance. The voltage range looks to be 0-3V in that graph.

Where is that page from? I'd like to get something that goes in depth on the Engine Management systems.

Hmm.... Need more info! Trying to mix breed something.

 

If the two sensors have the same resistance values at any given temperature, it will work.
