Been working out, losing weight

I've been working out for about 4 weeks now but I'm losing weight, not gaining it like I should be. I don't want to lose weight I'm 5'6" and 114 lbs, any ideas?

You are doing just fine keep at it. I think if you gave us your measurements it might help us help you.

It's normal to lose weight before putting on muscle. I was so frustrated the first year or so I almost quit.

It took me 4 years to gain 20 lbs, and overall I went from 170 at 19 to 220 at 40. It takes a long time to build it naturally. Unfortunately I think I'm at the biggest I'm supposted to be without juice.
