Been working out, losing weight

I've been working out for about 4 weeks now but I'm losing weight, not gaining it like I should be. I don't want to lose weight I'm 5'6" and 114 lbs, any ideas?

Gotta start with posting up before pics (preferably in something skimpy so we can judge progress.)

He's right, the professional health/fitness advisors and leg humpers must see what you look like to give you an accurate plan to meet your goals.

You are doing just fine keep at it. I think if you gave us your measurements it might help us help you.

It's normal to lose weight before putting on muscle. I was so frustrated the first year or so I almost quit.

It took me 4 years to gain 20 lbs, and overall I went from 170 at 19 to 220 at 40. It takes a long time to build it naturally. Unfortunately I think I'm at the biggest I'm supposted to be without juice.
