So let's say like 15-20 people were going to XTC this Saturday, and they wanted to bring all their own alcohol, mixers, and cups/ice.
Is this allowed? Can we bring two massive coolers in, or will they hassle us? I know it's BYOB, but will they let us bring that much alcohol in plus ice plus cups?
Any information is appreciated.

Not sure about there but most places won't, you'll have to pay for ice by th bucket as wells cokes or juices for mixing.
NOPE all they will let you take in is the beer and liquor, they sell you the buckets of ice for 10 dollars, i dont know about cups but they will probably try and sell you those too

That's how they make money, charge you for cups, ice, setups.
I see. I've never been there, only to the Clubhouse, and I didn't know if I could sneak cups and stuff in there like I could before.they'll take them from you when they search your purse.

clubhouse is usually pretty good about checking bags and purses too.
And if they see you using a plastic cup, they normally will take it from you.

nobody allows mixes or pre mixed liqours IE marqarita or long islangs. you are best having everyone bring a bottle of what they want . cokes, jucies redbulls etc etc are not allowed either. and forget about the cups, if they see you with a cup that is obviously not their they will ask you to leave. bombshells is the only place ive been too that was an exception to this rule.

So we can bring hard liquor in a cooler, filled with ice, but we can't bring in cups or mixers. Just what I needed to know. And I'm not quite cheap enough to have my friends prison carry the cups in.
