I have a 347 that neededs a 28 oz balancer ,what are my options

yes a 28 oz balencer is not specifically made for a 351w, they are for old 302s, all 351ws and stroker motors

yes, but it really doesn't matter what block it is. The balencer goes on the end of the crank
