Looking to get this tattood, about 5 inches wide. Need a place relatively cost effective and fast but quality is a must.

If I can't afford it pay day isn't to far off.

AE Tattoo off of Rosemeade and George Bush. Billy Jack does some really good work. And as far as being "cost effective", you really get what you pay for in tattoos, unless you know someone.
