When is the next transformation?

I haven't hopped on the scale in a long time, but one was avail tonight and I gave it a shot.

I clocked in at 260 and wasn't expecting that much. Being 5'11, on paper that is horrible.

Anyways, we need a transformation, or maybe someone who wants a friendly competition.

I'm down, the past couple competitions I just flat out quit on (which i'm not happy about). Just gotten lazy I guess, really trying hard to break out of my bad habits.
I don't know, but I don't know what everybodies problem was with the last two. Sure, they're a little lacking in storyline, but it's about robots from outerspace fighting. What do you expect?

...wait...

Is your goal to just drop weight? Let's do this!

For the most part it's leaning out which dropping some weight in the process will be required. I jumped back up to 224 and a size 36 which isn't that big, but it's been a long time since I've been that size. I want to drop back down to about 180 and size 32. When you want to start?
I'm in if ya'll get something going.
I'm not sure if you guys are aware but most gyms are open 7 days a week, during contests or not.

Same here and I'm working on it. I'm very competitive and a contest is good motivation for me, but I couldn't get passed posting up a pic of myself shirtless only to be photoshopped by all the haters.
Also would be in, Gained about 35-40 lbs last yr or so just being lazy, so I started last week but need to keep going.
If you "need" a contest to succeed you'll surely fail. Get of your fat asses and get the weight off.

How are you doing after your leg break? I saw you mentioned you gained abit.
I want in on this one. I need to tighten back up.

Been yo-yo-ing a bit. I topped out at just over 230lbs of bubble gum when I first started lifting again, and got down to 200 before I decided that I wanted my strength/size back, so I started eating again. I'm back up over 220, and my upper body strength is prolly 95% (thank god for muscle memory), but I haven't been able to do anything with my legs yet in terms of size. The plan is to start doing the leg sled again to try and get back to 230 before I cut again, but that may change depending on when the move to SD goes down.

It's a bit different doing things for health instead of ego. It's not about being the biggest or leanest any more, I'll just be glad when I can run again.

To not totally de-rail this thread, that 30lbs of bubble gum came off because I wanted it gone, not becaus there were free supplements at stake. there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition to help motivate, but not being in a contest is by no reason to slack. I am not directing this towards anyone in particular, so please don't anyone take offense. I'm just making a friendly suggestion to everyone to look internally for your motivation. Being lean and mean is a far better reward than free supps or Internet bragging rights.
