For the most part it's leaning out which dropping some weight in the process will be required. I jumped back up to 224 and a size 36 which isn't that big, but it's been a long time since I've been that size. I want to drop back down to about 180 and size 32. When you want to start?Is your goal to just drop weight? Let's do this!

Same here and I'm working on it. How are you doing after your leg break? I saw you mentioned you gained abit.If you "need" a contest to succeed you'll surely fail. Get of your fat asses and get the weight off.
