Will Tri-Bars and Weld Pro-Stars fit on the front of a fox with Lincoln 5-Lug rotors?

Anything pre 99 will fit and be able to use center caps. 99gt wheels fit but no center cap 99,01 cobra's don't because hub is to big, bullitts fit but center cap won't go on without some TLC ,

I had to machine the centers down on a set I did a couple years ago. My centers wouldn't come close to fitting.

That is weird, I didn't have to machine mine to make them fit. My dust caps almost fit after I beat them in they poked out just a tap so I put some super glue and life was good.
