When it started getting colder, I noticed some odd sounds started, like my throwout bearing started squealing like a mouse.

I wonder if it might be something as simple as the throttle cable or the mechanism on the throttle body. Does it do it only when the engine is running, or does it do it when you apply the pedal with the engine off?

It's just when the engine is running. You seem to be able to hear it more in like 2nd or third while in town. Dunno if it's just the lower revs keeping the drone down or not. It's consistent, though, when the gas is depressed. It's that sound of a trampoline spring that's being moved, but without the inconsistency due to jumping.
