I used ACAI burn extreme but after 2 weeks of taking them, my kidney started pulsating so i quit 'em.
What Fat Burner do you use?
Are u guys using any fat burners, the one i used has been discontinued and not sure what to go with since Ive used the same one for 5 years, dont want to waste $30-60 on trying to find a new effective one? My workout consists of 1 hour at least of weight training 4 times a week, 30 min of cardio 3 times a week, my supplements include Syntha 6 protien, GNC brand amino acids(i alternate these often) but im missing a fat burner, I used da Ripped System by NxCare.
