i need a program that i can use to cut a video in half to fit it on 2 dvds. the file is too big to fit on one dvd, can anyone help m,e out

You could compress it. Can you master a DVD? If so, master one as an image and use DVD Shrink to either

- divide into 2 discs
- shrink it to 1 disc
