trans syncro help

Im pretty sure my syncros are needing to be replaced. My question is aboutcarbon syncroos. Do I replace with stock syncros or these carbon ones? What are the pros/cons of the carbon syncros? And while its out what else would be wise to replace? Hardenede gears? Any info appreciated. Im not very familiar with transmissions so info helps thanks a lot
