Probably calling his dealer/supplier to set up a meet.
Woulda been easier to get a tracphone and throw it away.

the right gear? all you have to do is get the number, then forward it to your cell phone. and then your not using your minutes any more!they were scanning the phones. with the right gear they can listen to and make calls on your phone.
I would be suspicious of someone one sat in a CVS parking lot long enough to watch five thugs borrow six cell phones...:tongue:Today i was sitting in the CVS parking lot, when i noticed a shitty ragged out Malibu with 5 thug type kids in it. The driver was a mid 20s black male dressed like a wanna be rapper, passenger was a white crack head looking girl, and there were a few kids what seemed to be, 15-17 at most. What i noticed and thought was odd, was every time someone would come outside, a 15-16 yr old kid dressed like a thug (tall tee, pants that don't fit, 59/50 hat ext).. He would go up to the person and ask to use their cell phone. The first time i was just thinking their heap of a car broke down, but then not even 2 minutes after he just used someone else's phone, he was asking someone else to use theirs. As i sat there for about 10 mins, he had used 6 peoples phones. He would ask them, as they walked out, walked in or just drove up. If he was in need of help he could have used CVS land line. If he was just trying to reach someone then why was he using multiple phones within minutes of each other?
Note: each time there was a brief conversation from what i observed..
What kind of scam could they be doing?
Calling a friend and the person writing down the number, and then getting information for some reason?
I just thought this was odd for someone to be doing. At first i thought maybe they were selling some drugs, but then it just got more suspicious as he kept calling whoever from anyone that would let him use their cell phone.
