Guy on Turbo Mustangs has a stock cammed A4 block 316ci motor with a T70 making 653rwhp and 764rwtq. The other kicker is that he has a single 255lph in tank pump!

I think that was a stock block!! The A4 block should be able to support 15-1600 hp
