You probably need to clean your throttle body.
I figured that would be the case, but there is a label on the throttle body saying do not ever clean this. I always found that to be absurd. You probably need to clean your throttle body.
if you run a K&N filter, it lets a lot of dirt through, with a stock filter it rarely gets dirty. More likely Your cable is bad or the throttle idle stop needs a tweek. Any nos backfires in your past? You probably need to clean your throttle body.
I've seen plenty of cars/trucks not running K&N type filters end up with a carbon build-up behind the throttle blades. Eventually, it will cause the throttle to stick when pressed from an idle.if you run a K&N filter, it lets a lot of dirt through, with a stock filter it rarely gets dirty.
