Would a big stall make your dyno read wrong. I got a friend with a S10 that runs 10.4's at 131mph. He only dynoed 411 RWHP. If it makes a difference then explain about how much you would lose and how this is. I think he has a 4,500 stall.

well 411 rwhp in a s10 is alot for a small lite truck so there is your answer

not that i know of....might depending on the engine and tranny

When I filled my bottle at Lone Star a while back, they had some fast 'Stang there with a C4...made like 300rwhp but some huge torque in the 600's. Then the dude said the car made more like 550+ with a T5. A loose converter slips hardcore and messes up the dyno.

Same for when I had the TownCar, the rwtq was 390 on the bottle but the HP was lower at like 300 or so. AOD's also sap more power than a 3 speed auto or a 5 speed stick.
