I am looking for the specs on the stock valve springs that came with the Cobra GT40 heads in 93. I am finding some sketchy info about .520 lift. Anyone have anything concrete? The new 2005 catalog on the GT40x and y heads say the have springs good for a FMS cams.

what forrest said. I think that an E7 head has more spring clearance then the gt40's. I do know the springs are not worth a shit on any cams with more lift, and I also hear the the stock retainers on them suck.
