Are you having trouble with the ones you have now ?
do you mind your car shaking like mad driving around? I dont personally think its that bad but deffinetly a rougher drive than stock mounts. Even poly are too stiff IMO for a true daily.

Just use convertible motor mounts and if you ever tear them up then switch to the solid or poly mounts.
Beware also that the solids sometimes raise the motor a little . I have a set I wanted to use in my car but with a stock hood and 351 it would not clear the a/c bracket . I used vert mounts but when I launch the car hard on slicks the motor does shift in the k . You can actualy see it sit slanted . I did not use the cheap autozone mounts either , they are the Ford part . Solids or poly's do make it ride a little ruff but its not horrible .
no trouble with the ones i have now but i was giving these for free. i have sub frames on the car. Just curious if there will be a difference in throttle response and performance with solids

I don't think you would notice anything but the ruff ride .
i was told it applies more power to the wheels .......which makes a hell of a lot of sense since there is no rubber absorbing some power. I think Im gonna try it fuck it.
No
Solids rock

Depends on which mounts you use. I use HPM bent plate style mounts with a poly trans mount. Throttle response is much more direct, shifter doesn't move at all even under hard launches. Won't rattle your car apart unless you have a shitbox car, or shitbox motor. Been driving daily for over 3 years with a purpose built stroker. Beware the car will not tolerate bucking,.. it will be a solid connection, car will ride more direct, you'll feel any vibrations you have directly in the steering wheel and seat... That said, you should have not vibrations unless you have problems somewhere.

Try them out, if you don't like them you can always go back to verts.
I snapped a set of solids once, but all in all have had good luck. I wouldnt recommend going to all that trouble over a motor that isnt putting a lot of HP down. Ive ran stockers up to 350 ish HP.
That is the most unexciting, pain in the ass mod I can think of doing to an already built car... not trying to be a smart ass, but I wouldn't go through the trouble, and I especially wouldn't be hoping for anything significant to happen performance wise...
Ill take then off of your hands if you dont want them
got them in my futura, it shakes but imo that adds to the appeal of that stroker motor.
