Anyone have and good experiences/stories???

Looking to get a tune done and trying to find someone that actually has some LNF experience locally.

My set-up with my remote tuner is being a little difficult.

Brian and Keith are pretty cool. But I think they are a little pricey.
They are expensive.
I think the qoute i got for a tune was $500.
That's for a car starting from scratch to work on upgraded turbo, tune out over/underboost codes, and adjust cam angles to spool earlier.

By all mean, member and supporting vendors, if you have another option that i could look into, please, post it up. I'm open to whatever works for the right price.
Call Manny or Travis. I bet one or both could beat that price.

Who???

LNF.
I got the blow-off from them. I won't be going back, but then again I don't let shops "work" on my car...

Just tuning, won't be work.

In the mean time, i've decided to pick up HP Tuners and give it a shot, but i'd still like to have something done by someone that has more experience than me so i can always load a WORKING tune in between me screwing with things. lol.

So who are Manny and Travis?
Manny will be at HPP

Travis will be at Gearheads
Matt does most of the tuning over there and you'll be fine with him tuning your ride.

He is a personal friend of mine and Manuel who used to work for RPM did all the work on my car and Matt did most of the tuning on my car.

You can't go wrong letting Matt get your tune done.

Scott will also take care of you as well (Big Thumper)

Scott = Big Thumper in this thread. SQR (Simple Quick Racing) is where he tunes at.
Sweet...Do you ever drive down Alma in Allen toward 121?
You asking me?

If so...not that I know of. Sometimes I take back roads to get to RPM after work. Like yesterday I took beltline to josey to some other back road to get to 35....

You seen me? Pewter ws6 325 radials out back and skinnies up front...
