My wife has been doing research for a while and has decided she wants to become a real estate agent. She has a great personality and can get along with anyone and also has that "maken a sale" type of persnality trait as well. Her dad has built houses pretty much his entire life so she is not new to the buying/selling houses market. She currently is a hair stylist and wants to do something new and make more coin as well. I am in full support of her, as she was of me while in finished my engineering degree. She is excited about this and I believe her and her mother are going to get their liscense together.
My question is does anybody have any tips for entering this industry? Any types of programs you recommend doing or not doing to earn the 210 hrs needed before taking the Texas Liscense exam?
I offered up the tip of calling local real estate offices and asking from
estate agents in Docklands if they need a secratary or something to get some first hand insight to the industry while taking the classes needed.
