It;s a parts kit for people who own NFA transferable full auto PPSH41s.im not the brightest when it comes to guns.... so what is this and where could i get barrel?

You could build a semi kit from it using ATF approved drawings. Inter Ordnance has barrels. Keep in mind, using an original barrel means it must be registered as an SBR.
