played our first show
Our band played its first show tonight. The crowd liked us! It was probably one of the coolest feelings I have ever had when people shook my hand and told me they liked our music. I can't wait until our next show.

We did not get payed since it was our first show and we were the opening band. My buddy David from system overload said sometimes they make 1k or a little more a night when they headline.Congrats.

They told us we did good and we brought probably 50 or so people. We talked to the other bands and chilled with them and will set something up with them.Did the owner/manager ask you back? If so, that's a good sign...

I doubt anybody took any video. I don't think a video camera could pick up that sound well. It was pretty loud in there.Any video?

keep it up though. remember, ALWAYS HAVE FUN! a lot of bands forget that part.

Im like that sometimes (a little reserved) in big events or competitions and just concentrate and play simple but accurate. I like the smaller events because I feel no stress and rock the fuck out.
