Went out this past weekend to check the camera at our protein feeder and do some work at our cabin for the upcoming hunting season.

We have this big bastard coming in pretty steady, pretty sure its the same one that has been hanging around since spring.

I'm sooo ready for the cooler weather and the hunting season to open.

The ***** need to go too. Protein is too expensive to be feeding those bastards.

I can give you some, I have some left over from last year as well as some from this May when my wife shot her Axis Deer.

We dont really shoot the whitetail at our place in Grand Saline, mostly just the pigs and other varmits. We have other places that we deer hunt at.

Put bearing grease on the poles. It stops the ***** from climbing the poles. You can also do the cage around the motor. I have pics of those things climbing my feeders.

I thought about the grease thing before but there is stairs that they would easily climb. I'm going to be out there this weekend with some new night vision toys to take care of a few of them
