It's stolen. - EDIT ...and water damaged.
Need Help? Having a problem with a title.
Long story short.
traded my 05 gsxr 1000 for this truck.
Now I get the title, it is a clean/clear title.
I go to get it title in my name and the dmv lady tells me it is a salvaged title.
The dmv lady was not very helpful.
I need to run a carfax asap.

I'm not asking to get a refund, I am simply asking for a car fax report.

Remember the DMV doesn't take titles back from you, they only issue new ones. He just gave you the original one, before it was salvaged.... you're suppose to run that carfax BEFORE you trade.Thnaks and replied back
