Ok.. I'm sure this will get moved to the picture post eventually, but I need some help.
A friend from work had some pictures taken of her adorable daughter, but the people who did them were outrageous on the price... long story short.. there is a black smudge on the pic that we cannot get off, and I'm horrible with Photoshop. Will someone help me?
