Please rack your weights when you are done!

I hate having to rerack other peoples weights. Especially on leg day. Damn people leave plates on everything from the dips to the leg press. Its like a friggin double workout. I dont know what it is...newbies...or inconsiderate bastids.......:mad:

Rack, rack, rack, rack, rack, rack,...rack you weights.


Rant off....*sigh*

Thats why I like home gym better.:D Also another reason I lift/workout at home is becuase I hate people leaving their nasty sweat on the bench, its disgusting!!!:mad:

well its not my fault you bitchs doent put in enough effort to break a sweat!!!

i need to vent too!
im tired of seeing people come in there.. put 25lbs on the bench press and then occupy the machine for 30 min.. im tired of seeing people take dumbells then complelty screw up an form associated with the Excerise and get nothing out of it.. and waste my time on the bench i need.. im tired of seeing peopl come in, do no work at all but sit on a machine/bench for 30 min yapping and doing 1 set every 15 min.. when they get their bitch ass out of the gym.. i will start re racking all my weights.. and bring a towel to the gym:)

If I leave then you wont need a towel. You need the lamers like me in there to make you look bigger.:p

don't even get me started about all the dumbsh*ts here at UT. Right now because it's the beginning of the semester there are a lot of people that made "resolutions". They will be gone in another 1-2 weeks, but it's just really annoying when they don't understand the rules (they are posted up everywhere in bright colors:rolleyes: )

ie. racking weights, time limits on machines, working in on a machine, and wiping down the machine if they sweat like fat bastard:mad:

I could go on about people and their lousy technique, but I wont:D :mad:

yeah, tuesday night, went to do bench press and all 3 benches on one side all had at least a 45 on them......lazy asses didn't rack their weights. pisses me off!!!!!!! I am worn out by the time i got to take off all that weight. geez!

and then there was this guy on sunday while we were doing legs- he was doing chest with his girlfriend. both skinny tall little things. They had that huge stupid board they were sticking under their shirts, so that they only came down like 1/3 of the way on bench. WTF is that?? do it all the way or don't do it at all!!

i am not even going to start on people's form....after Alan yelling at me for 5 years about my form, i actually do it right now. drives me crazy seeing some moron doing extremely heavy weight, thinking he is a bad ass, but totally going too fast and just dropping the weight on his chest....
