I talked to my Dad Sunday night, the low in the morning was -16* and the high was 9*. These were read from his outdooor thermometer, wind chill not factored in. I'm glad I don't live in PA.

I couldn't imagine living somewhere REALLY cold.

My Dad worked in Alaska before I was born. He said you could take a coffe cup full of warm water outside, fling the water out in the air, and it would turn to a mist of snow/ice before it hit the ground...

I am in Illinois, up until sunday the last time we had any snow was on new years eve. It has actually been pretty mild thus far this winter, so i cant complain to much. Oh, and it is snowing right now.
