Thanks for the link...are you a hiring manager? I understand what you mean about what the applicant can actually do but my problem is getting to the actual interview due to the lack of experience. I feel like if I were to have certs, it would give me a better chance of proving what I can do.Could have been talking about Brainbench (http://www.brainbench.com/). Decent practice tests but their certs are worthless. These days, I barely even look at an applicants certs. Too many good "learners" out there, I'm more worried about what you can actually do.
