iphone no service?

This has been happening more than once lately, what will happen is my Iphone will lose its connection to wifi at home than say "no service, please restore."

When this happens, I cannot open any apps or settings because it will just hang. I have to reboot and it'll work like normal. I haven't installed any new apps and its not jailbroken either.

I haven't decided to restore it, because I can't figure out how to transfer my contacts to my pc lol
(well that was easier than I thought)

to transfer contacts from the iphone to the pc:

1. Plug iphone in.
2. Select iphone from the "devices" section on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Information tab.
4. Select sync contacts with whichever program you want to use.
5. Select sync in the lower right hand corner.

These may not be exact because I'm telling you from memory.
