you really need to figure out why it broke.
valve clearence is the first thing to think about, if the valve hit, it's bent and that cylinder will not be making power like the others (compression check) . Some of the other things to look for are valve spring binding, weak or broken valve springs, valve guide sticking.
It seems to be running good, but im doing a compression check this weekend. And yes its a stock cam, i think its from a year ago pinging off the rev-limiter doing burnouts. N20 might have played a role.
