How much to repaint a SN95 rear fender?

The paint is bubbling/chipping at the top where it meets the sail panel. How much am I looking at to get it sanded down and repainted?

Refinishing generally runs around $250 a panel at most reputable shops. If you have bubbling paint, you probably have rust and that will most likely run extra.

I bet its just the clear coat
There's no rust, it just looks like the paint separated from the primer. It's grey underneath. Looks like the affected area just needs to be sanded down and repainted. Sucks, but if I could get it fixed for $250 or less that'd be nice.

Where are you located?
I just got a new rear bumper painted and installed at Herb's and IIRC the paint labor/supplies ran somewhere around $250.
