How loud is a non-muffled down pipe?

yuck

even a 3-1/2 with a single muffler sounds like crap to me... I uncap mine at the track, but split to (2) mufflers for the street.

This is my car, at Northstar, with an open downpipe.. note the T/A is much more loud and it has mufflers.

I took the downpipe off to see if it picked up any power with it off, but i am using straight through mufflers.. it didn't appear to do ANYTHING.

You should hear it with the mufflers in place - I like it a LOT better.

Mufflers in place in this video, note - you can't even hear it over the loud ass T/A in any part of the video. Also, notice, it's running the entire time - even when the camera man is standing RIGHT next to it.
