Started my weight lifting routine today.

3 sets of 10 on bench could only muster 65 pounds

incline bench i could do the bar. 3 sets of 10

Bent over rows 3 sets of 10 with 65 pounds

dead lifts again 65 pounds

3 sets of 10, 6, and then till failure.

and then 4 miles on the bike.

I myself need to start lifting weights again. I need to firm up my arms. After losing 65 lbs I'm noticing that my arms are the flabbiest they have ever been. I want to convert that fat into muscle. Good luck in your journey!!
Just keep working at it, I never really lifted weights, but I slowly started lifting in August when I started hitting the gym seriously I could only do 135 10 times and at the end of October I could do 185 10 times! I get some music to really motivate me and get me in the zone, for some reason techno music gets me pumped lol
