You gotta start somwhere, better than nothing at all. Keep it up and you will see gains/changes in time.

Your information is nothing to write home about either. lolI hate to say it but most people are keyboard warriors that are fat and out of shape and the most lifting they do is a snickers bar, but still can bench 500 + lbs :wiggle:,and love to give other people horrible advice. Just keep lifting and the numbers will come, always increase intensity or weight and if you ever feel pain stop what you are doing and move on. Props for not being embarassed to post real numbers. Sorry for the random slam on peeps in here, because most of the people are pretty knowledgeable, but some of the studs around here are hilarious with the misinformation IMO.
Started my weight lifting routine today.
3 sets of 10 on bench could only muster 65 pounds
incline bench i could do the bar. 3 sets of 10
Bent over rows 3 sets of 10 with 65 pounds
dead lifts again 65 pounds
3 sets of 10, 6, and then till failure.
and then 4 miles on the bike.
