i just put an adjustable fp reg on my car and set that at 40 psi and bumped my timing to 14degrees. i run 93 octane and all but now when i get on itit sounds like something is is spewing in my motor or something some really weird sound. it idles really weird now it jumps around. i have a walboro 255 fp. and like the car jumps when im cruising at a steady speed. its a 92 5.0. im thinking its either the timing of fp or a vacuum leak.. does anyone have an idea??? thanx

Put timing back

First, put the timing back how it was and lower the fuel pressure to 35 and see if it stops.

make sure you used o-rings on the regulator, otherwise, it will spew fuel. also, make sure you put the vacuum line back on the new reg. otherwise, you got a vacuum leak.

im thinking its the orings..... does this sound right to anyone else? i just pulled the stock one off and put the adj one on. im guessing thats where i messed up?
