I've herd some bad stuff with Heffner in the past with his work with some Vipers. I like the work of Underground Racing's stuff :

At 1100 hp and this isn't even with an Lp640.

Another customer of his with a Gallardo hit 1400 hp and pulled 9.6 on his first pass.
I forget what his Lp640 TT kit was producing. Some amazing work though none the less from both tuners.
