I'm looking to have something custom made by a glass blower and I've got several ideas about what I want made. Just curious if anyone has had anything made by a glass blower (plates, bowls, glasses, etc...)? Anyone know if it's very expensive? And can anyone recommend a local glass blower or glass blowing shop?

I know of the one in downtown Grapevine, but that's more of an art gallery for glass blowing. My buddies uncle is the owner and I'm having him looking into this for me but wanted to see if yall knew of any others around here.

TIA

The last time I was a Grape fest, there were two shops there. One in the building by the wine tasting tent and one west of main street in the alley behind the shops on Main street (if that makes any sense). I have not had anything made by them.

UTA has a glass blowing class and professional for a prof. Maybe he could help? He just had a show at the Arlington Museum.
