Dam I wish i had time off to go get it that's nice.I know that this isn't the classifieds but this looks like a pretty damn good deal. If I didn't live over an hour from Garland I'd definitely pick it up.

Hello,ASSHOLES
Hello,
Thank you for offering to remove my husband’s gas grill for me. I listed it on Craigslist because I wanted to buy him a new charcoal grill. As much as he loves the gas grill the family hates it, because he has never been able to cook anything on it without burning it on the outside and raw on the inside. We never had that problem when he use to Bar-B-Q on the old Charcoal grill, so I decided to give away his gas grill and buy him a new Charcoal grill from Home Depot as I recently got a $1000 Gift card from them. Yeah talk about weird luck for someone who has never won more than $5.00 on the lottery. But anyways my girlfriend gave me a link to Home Depot Site back in June, right around Fathers Day for a free $1000 gift card. I was scared that they would spam me if I gave them my Real email address, so I created a FREE Gmail act, and gave my new gmail address to them. I figured if they spammed it oh well no loss, they didn’t have my real email address anyhow. Well After giving them my Email address they asked me for my mailing address, which I figured they needed to send me my gift card. So I gave it to them and Nothing happened,. So I thought what a scam…Then about 2 weeks later I got a piece of mail in the US mail for me. It was a Home Depot card. It told me to call the Number they provided and use the pin which was emailed to me to have my card loaded with $1000. So I went and checked my Email nothing, then I remembered I used the GMAIL!!! So I checked it and there was an email from the same day I filled out the original form with a pin and also a printable voucher. So I called the number, gave them the pin, The rep told me thank you and that my card was good to go with $1000 on it. So I went to the local Home Depot and asked them if they could check the value of it. They told me $1000, so I explained to the manager about how I got it and asked if he knew anything about it and he said that Home Depot is always giving away stuff like that and that the stores are usually the last ones to find out about it. Anyhow, As you can imagine, I was excited and had no idea what to buy with it. So I came home and thought about it, and then my sister told me that I should buy my husband a new Grill. So That is why we were giving away his gas grill. Unfortunately for you, someone already picked up gas grill, but I do still have that link and yes it is still working, So you might try and get yourself a card and go get a NEW grill. Just Click here and give them your email.
Good luck and good bar-b-q’ing

On a scale of 1-10, the execution on this one was a solid 7, maybe even a low 8. They put some effort into it at least. That sucks. That was a pretty normal looking ad for a scam. You almost have to side with scammers though and just say "You're an idiot." to victims of online scams. There almost always seems to be a point where it's obvious as hell that it's fake whether it's the initial ad, or the follow-up email. Usually the follow-up e-mail.
<--Never e-mailed the ad.
