New ride has a 9" RE housing. Is this a small or large bearing?

Big is 3.150" and small is 2.835" the 4 bolt holes around look to be 1/2" .So it looks to be big bearing old style

definately a big bearing housing. You can tell by the flange. Here is a web site that has a lot of info on the 9".
