I wouldn't say I would do for no particular reason but I often have good reasons for wanting to do that. Since still live at home or an apartment when I'm down in austin for school I don't really get to that much, so I either get out of the house and cruise around, jog until I hurt all over, or lift weights until I couldn't hurt a fly...then I'm good for a little while.
I've thrown a screwdriver handle first through a wall before. LOL, aside from that its been quite awhile since I've lost control of myself. But yeah, I definetly know the feeling. It happens every time the district manager is in my store. Only instead of a baseball bat its a Benzomatic and some hedge trimmers.
Yeah, I get the feeling, but I need a DR chipper shredder to dispose of the evidence first. Fist sized holes in sheetrock are no fun to patch, the Easton would prolly do too much damage.
