Engine oil?
Wondering what kind of oil you guys preffer in your fox.

Saw a thread where a guy used brake fluid instead of oil in his ls1, awesome results.
Not a fox, but Motorcraft. Might be switching over to Pennzoil though.
when I had my fox I ran mobil1 5w30.
I used Royal purble the last time on my car, but its a bit higher on price and I didnt notice any diffrence from mobil oil. I think I'm just going to switch back to mobil. Oh also i guess since im switching back I should flush the oil out right?

I have heard that Pennzoil is good.
I always ran mobile 1 15w50 but I would not recommend it now. Its not a full synthetic anymore. I would run royal purple if you desire synthetic or valvoline dura blend. My dads 04 has had motorcraft 5 w 30 since it was new and it still runs great and holds great oil pressure even at 144k.

I run Valvoline 10W40 in mine.
Mobile 1 in all my car's for the past 10 years. I want to try some of that German Castrol Full synthetic that I have been hearing about. Wonder if Vato Zone/ O'Crappy's carries it.
