Does anyone use a house cleaning service?

My question is for the ones that do. I'm looking into starting my own home cleaning service, do require your cleaners to be insured and bonded?

are you close to Carrollton?

I don't have a house cleaner yet but we've thought about it. I would say we would probably want them to be ins and bonded but of course the price probably would go way up then...

But seriously, are you close to Carrollton?

edit: I have had 2 different people clean my rent house after the tenants moved. They were not ins/bonded but that was only a one time cleaning of an empty house so it didn't really mean it...

are you talking about doing a one time type cleaning service or regularly scheduled service?

I'll be working all over the metorplex. I tried to get insured and bonded today, but my dumbass insurance agent had no clue what she was doing. After 3 hours I left. I called the Juggs, and tomorrow, hopefully we'll get this business up and running. I'll do both one time cleans, and cleans on a regular basis. I'll pm more details when I get the insurance.

cool let me know services and rates (about a 2300 sqft 2 story) 3bed room/2.5 bath just me and the wife and my 2 kids every other weekend so it doesn't really get that messy but could use a good cleaning and then maintaining
