Don't know about Direct TV's equipment, but my Dish Network dish is a Dish 1000 Triple LNB.
Dish Network quesstion.
Are the actual dishes the same on the two satellite company the same? ...also are the two LNBs the same? If they are not then does anyone have a standard Dish Network dish and LNB?

DN and DTV have different LNBs for sure on doubles and triples.
But... you can use a DTV single LNB dish and get DN programming.
