Don't Even Leave The Airport.
Delta Airline Ticket Question
We have bought Airline tickets to leave September 23 to go to Orlando, Florida. Our flight leaves at 4:00 in the afternoon and we will be there at 11 after a lay over in Memphis for an hour. Is there ANY way to bump our tickets and flight to leave at 11:00 am that day without having to pay 136.00 PER ticket.

Show up early and get on the standby list... not sure you can get away with not paying the fee. My husband ended up in the hospital in Vegas and we had to go straight to the airport once he was discharged b/c they wouldn't even let us use the medical reasoning for no fee to fly at a later time.

If you fly standby it should be free... who knows? Every flight capacity is different... I had no problem getting 2 tickets on standby from Lubbock... but then again that was Lubbock - not Florida. You never know. Have you checked the earlier flight online to see how full it is? Can you do that w/ Delta like you can with AA?

Well I guess you will be flying then. Get there early and sit on standby and hope for the best.We already paid for our tickets though
