36-24-36.
only if you 5'3!!!

god bless.
385lbs x 6-8 reps vs. 125lb'ers(as big as they go where I am) x 10-12 reps

I only do this whenever there isn't any tractor tires to flip around though!
:D

I could work out with this guy.
Dumbell incline is my weakest workout. It kills my shoulder!!!
Bench is 4 sets of 10 at 225. Dumbell incline is 3 sets of 10 with 60 :(
I suck at incline

Yup, your strength has always impressed me.

It sucks because I pulled my hamstring deadlifting this last Saturday and now I will be out for a few weeks.
It popped like a rubber band with 485lbs on the 5th rep(glad I didn't go for #6 or it might have been much worse).
I can barely walk now.

Dammit! that's going to take a while. Did that last year in a softball game and i've been tight every since. haha
I usually do 225 for 6-8 on the incline bench. I rarely do dumbbells but do 85 to 90 when I do those. Here lately those numbers are fresh off of a 3 to 4 mile run. Crazy I know but that is just how I like to workout of late.
I'm doing 5 sets of 8 @ 330 lbs here lately on the smith machine. Dumbbells I use the 90s or 100s.
damn i am weak. but at least i am better looking than all of you! :)

flat bench- 225 for 10/8/6 and i am barely getting this.

incline dumbell 90's 8/6/5 usually.

god bless.

No, no, Big boy here is the weakest

Flat bench 135 - 5 sets of 5
Incline DB - 47.5 - 4 sets of 5

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful!
I don't ever do flat bench barbell.

Bench I'll do the 80's, 85's, then 90's, I try 10 reps per weight but I'm usually only getting 8 or so on the last set.

Incline is 60, 65, 70's with the same results. I hate incline.

This is after being back in the gym for a month after not going for a few months.
I was just trying to figure out how disproportionate my incline numbers are to my flat bench. They're both very low. :)
I have never been good at flat bench. I'm a 275x6 kinda guy.

Incline dumbells 120s for 6-8 reps.

Yea, I've heard, but I sure hope not!
I am going back into the gym today and already trying to self rehab it a bit on my own.
I took off the last 3 days(longest in 2 years) and feel like I'm just withering away now.

I think I am going to cut way down on the heavy deadlifts for quite a while, as the results aren't worth the risks involved in my book.
Wow I have been out of the gym for a long time but chest was my week point
but I my working weight was 315 after warm up but im starting back next week and will be suprised if i can get 4 sets of 10 @ 100lbs. LOL
My incline was close to my flat and close grip flat press was @ 225lbs.

Tell me about it. I think I missed 4 days last month, and I haven't gone in a week now. I fucked up my back last tuesday and it's still sore. I'm hoping monday will be fine to go back. I guess that's what I get for not strectching before working out.
Flat bench__ 4 sets of 6(3rd and 4th set are more like 4-5 reps) 365lbs barbell or 2 150lb dumbbells.

Incline bench__ 4 sets of 6(" ") 315lbs barbell or 2 130lb dumbbells.
Only do flat bench with spotters I trust or smith machine at 3x6x275.
Normally just use dumbbells . . . 3x8x125s flat & 3x8x110s incline
225 to warm up then move up on feel.

100's for a few sets of 20.
