whats a good program for this? im lookin for somthing that converts poretty fast

i use the lame encoder, after i extract songs with exact audio copy, it takes probably 10 minutes to rip into wma format, and then into mp3 with the lame encoder. you can find it anywhere just search for eitehr one.
