cleaning the carpet

I need to clean the carpet in my 98 (hell I really need to do it in both) and was wondering what would be best to clean it with. I really don't feel like paying someone to do it, but if I have to to get it clean I might just do it. My mom has a steam cleaner that I think I might be able to use. Any other ideas to doing this. What stuff to use?

Hell in the 89 I'm just going to buy new carpet

. Do that as soon as I get the cage welded in.

Ya,the best thing is a cordless handy steam cleaner.

I gonna take the time this weekend to pull out my seats, and steam clean the seats, and the carpet.

Try a rug doctor from Albertson's

if u came to Mesquite i could give u a hookup on one!!

Spot Not works well for getting out tough stains, but leaves a strong odor until it airs out. I think Whisk or someone has a new cleaner that is mixed with oxygen that works great on my carpet in my house. You can find it with the rest of the cleaners at Wal-Mart. Once I'm home I'll confirm what it is and post the name. You may want to test a spot on the carpet for color fastness before using any cleaner however.

Brandon, why don't you really just use a steam cleaner, but preferably with an extractor and a special nozzle? I recently tried to work with steam clean for car according to the instructions Car steam cleaning process | What is car steam clean? and was very pleased with other surfaces besides the rugs I was able to clean, it is also important now to disinfect and steam is great for this. This is the most efficient option in my humble opinion.
