Anyone have any tips for cleaning mud from cloth seats/carpet?

I just got a 2003 jeep wrangler as a daily and of course, to test it out, took the top/doors of and did a bit of off roading.

A few mud bogs later the interior had a fine layer of mud on pretty much everything. Ive managed to get most of it cleaned off but the seats still have quite a bit of mud stains and whatnot on them.

What can I do to get it all cleaned up?

Does it look like this?

Seriously, it all depends on how bad it really is. If you got mud stains deep into the fibers, your best bet is to get it all cleaned with a hot water extractor like I have in the van. Any chance you're coming back home soon? Your dad doesn't live too far from me, we can get it taken care of if you're coming home soon.

My standard cleaning method is steam cleaning with a steam cleaner, as steam gently affects the seat fabrics and carpets, but deeply penetrates and pushes out even old dirt and grease. Also, be careful when choosing a tool, for example, if you want to take an Optima steamer, then look at a review like this Do not buy the Optima steamer before reading this. It's important that the reviews are written objectively.
